Hi,
SBS 2011 uses port 443 to connect to remote.mycompany.com. And according to microsoft you cant change the port for now.  We already uses port 443 for an other service. Can we somehow use port 443 on both services? We have several static ipadresses to use.

Sure.  You are looking for "1 to 1 NAT" and proxy arp.  Each server set up this way has it's own external IP.  You can allow whatever you want directly in the firewall with no additional NAT, and outbound traffic is on that external IP.

you're going to have a bigger problem with the SBS boxen...   you can only have one sbs server on a lan.  it gives you a month to migrate then one is going to start having problems.  I cant for the life of me remember the actual amount of time and which of the servers gets the boot.

You can only have one SBS server in a domain...  If they never talk to each other, it should not be an issue.
