Hello -
What is the proper configuration for using m0n0wall as a NAT appliance with a static IPv4/32 assignment? The WAN interface shares a net /24 or subnet /29 with other devices.

Um... I just got a whole bunch of conflicting information there. Is the /32 just you summery route (so to speak) of what you have for IPs? I am confused.

Scenario - A site is assigned 192.0.2.0/24. The network gateway is 192.0.2.1
The m0n0wall WAN interface is assigned an arbitrary IP such as 192.0.2.123. The WAN interface shares a switch with the gateway and network servers - no DHCP server is present in 192.0.2.0/24.

So you answered it. You assign the IP address, CIDR notation, and gateway. You can also do 1 to 1 NAT with proxy arp with the extra IP addresses, so your servers can be outside or inside the firewall.
