Almost anything works using the custom option.  I use no-ip without issue.

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I was unable to get it working with FreeDNS. I also use no-ip.

The trick is finding the correct server and path for each service.  And then hoping they don't change it. (I am talking to you, No-IP!)

Maybe I wasn't clear. No-IP works fine for me. I am unable to use the same method to get FreeDNS to work.

I knew you used no-ip.  But remember about six months ago when they changed the server name? Smiley

As for FreeDNS, if they follow the standard, it should be possible.  But, I have not looked at all.  Since no-ip works for me, I have no reason to...
