Hi, i'm new in this forum but i have a one question, the captive portal allow file with extention *.css? please help. tnaks

It allows access to any files loaded into the captive portal "files" section.  I have been using css on my login pages for years.  If you need a css page from another location, you will need to put that location in "allowed IP addresses."
