Hi,
I want to add SMS based authentication . I am planning to have SMS related code in another server and get the URL redirected to that machine and after authentication from the server authenticate in m0nowalk. Any idea how to do this ?

Point m0n0wall at a RADIUS server and build all your backend into RAIDUS.  If you need a web front end, just stick the web front end in the allowed IP addresses.
