[Pass-through MAC]

I hope nobody asked this already, I searched a tiny bit I didn't find mention of it but I admit I didn't spend a lot of time checking. If so, forgive me.

That said: It would be nice to have an export to .CSV button in the Pass-through MAC, Allowed IP Addresses and Users pages.

Download the config, and clean up the XML and you have a file suitable for importing.
