hello
i am wondering how I could do port forward from the internet. I assume it's the wan address to a vpn server that is located in a local site. I don't think I need to use the vpn capabilities of m0n0wall as the vpn server is in a windows 2003 machine with routing enabled.. I just need to allow connection from the internet which wants to connect to port 1723 to go through m0n0wall and allow it to connect to the vpn server on the 2k3 machine.
i have enabled nat and added a rule to the wan interface but there's an issue in m0n0wall concerning this. I have also enable GRE (protocol 47)
any hint or help would be very appreciated. I hope you can answer to me
thank you very much
Mario

You need to take out any port forwards you have added and enable the PPTP forwarder, forwarding to the internal IP of your server.
