I have users who log in via VPN who end up with conflicts with their own network addressing. On another firewall solution we were able to map a subnet internally (e.g. 192.168.1.0/24) to alternate addressing (e.g. 10.150.10.0/24) so that they can access 192.168.1.11 as 10.150.10.11 and such.

How can this be done within m0n0wall without creating rules for each connection individually?

You can't.
