wowld m0n0 have any problem keeping up with the data throughput from a T-1 line, with 20 Ip address. what would be the limitations on it

A T1 is nothing, a 486 with m0n0wall could fill a T1 at around 10% utilization. No limitations.

Thank you i will be running a 900 Mhz with 1 gig ram, would that be decent enough for the T1

I'm using a K6 II 450MHZ on an 8Mb down 1.5Mb up cable connection and I'm using most of the time like 2-10% CPU utilization. The only time it uses more which is quite rare is when it has to do LOTS of packet shaping with lots of concurrent connections. If you run VPN on there, that too should consume more bandwidth.
