I'd like to put 2 monos bridging in front of our servers as below:

                            /------mono1-------\
main cisco switch                               smaller switch with servers on
                           \-------mono2-------/

With mono2 being a backup if the first fails.  I think can do this with Linux/iptables using brctl, and if I switch STP on I believe they should automatically failover.

Does mono support this sort of HA configuration?  Mono looks wicked, I'm just trying to work out if it can do what I need.

Cheers

No STP support on m0n0wall itself, though in that situation it shouldn't be necessary. STP on the Cisco should shut down one of the links until the other fails, if you have it configured properly.
