Can I get some examples for firewall rules needed to make the captive portal work and only allow, HTTP, HTTPS, POP3 and maybe IMAP...

Any help would be good! Thanks!

Firewall rules are no different whether or not you're using CP. After authenticating or clicking Next or however you have it configured in the portal, the rules on that interface apply. Just allow whatever you want there.
