Is it possible to enable the serial console on a PC even if there is a VGA controller?. I have some old servers that require a old CMBus breakout cable, which are very hard to find and usully expensive. The one I do have only works for the monitor but not the keyboard or mouse. When I boot monowall it says the console is internal video/keyboard. Is it possible to force it to use the serial console? I can't get into BIOS to disable the onboard graphics.

Thanks,

You can use the serial console, enabling that will disable the VGA display.

How can I enable it? Remember I have no keyboard on those machines.

it's on the Advanced page IIRC, it's somewhere in the webGUI.
