there file need extrak or not?

No, just burn the iso. Read the instructions for your CD burning software to find out how to burn an iso with it. If you're using Windows, you can download ISO Recorder and just right click on the file and hit burn to CD.

Just download magiciso to burn iso file to cd or dvd. It is a quite good iso burner.
