Hey all,

I help maintain the IT systems of a few local clients.  Many of these clients are running Windows 2003 SBS with Monowalls running either 1.231 or 1.3b4 as their gateways.  On all that I have tried I cannot get more than one VPN connection to run through when the PPTP redirect is set to point to the SBSRV.  One connection will go through, but the second always errors out until the first is closed.

However, a coworker notified me of a client that is running 1.2 and can handle multiple connections, and the monowall is otherwise set up exactly as mine are.

Did something change between 1.2 and 1.231 that affected that functionality?

You can only have one PPTP connection per public IP to a single external destination. Always been that way. If you use IPsec or some other types of VPN, that's not an issue.
