Hello,

Our ISP has provided us with a WAN IP to use, along with a data range which resides in a different subnet.

I've got a PC with duel NIC's that I've setup with Monowall and it all works great with the WAN IP bound and a few nodes on the local LAN network.

I read here: http://doc.m0n0.ch/handbook/faq-ipalias.html

About having multiple IP's on a WAN interface but it talks about binding one of the IP's in our data range to an OPT1 interface. I can't do this as I only have 2 NIC's and have only been given 1 Ethernet port to use from our ISP.

Am I able to have our WAN IP bound to the WAN interface but still have monowall accept connections from our data range thats in a different subnet?

I hope this makes sense! Thanks for any tips

That's what proxy ARP is for.
