General Questions

Hi,

last week ich changed my ISP and the trouble has begun.

The m0n0 has been working absolutely perect for four years since then.

The problem is, that there aren't any hints in the log why this login failure occurs.

M0n0 is just putting up the WAN interface, having 9 sec timeout where nothing seems to happen and then pulling down the interface, trying this again an again.

Is there any possibility to check what is happening while the connection is to be build up, or are there any switches like VCI/VPI wich could be changed?

Internet works fine by using PPPoE clients of Windows or even Knoppix.

I also have massive problems with other hardware Routers getting internet connection build up correctly.
