hello, I am a big fan of m0n0wall, and have been for some time, however I seem to have a little bit of an issue with it now.

I have a PIII with a CF card, and it seems to stop working, and needs a reboot after about 30 days. The memory consupmtion never seems to go above 5%, and everything works really well untill it just stops responding, and I have to power cycle it. the WAN link is 15MBit/2MBit and I have the upload saturated (running QoS to keep it at 85% of the link) a good amount of the time (~70%). I don't think it's a hardware issue, although I guess that is entirely possible. I am running the newest firmware.

so just a recap:
WAN link is 15MBit/2MBit
I run QoS, and DHCP
the router stops responding after about 30 days, just needs a power cycle to get back up.

do you have it on a battery backup?  a brownout can cause behavior like this.
