How can I do this?

I Would like to setup a M0n0wall box to provide DHCP and traffic shaping for my network.  I work for a Small WISP.   We have around 275 customers.  We currently give our customers one routable class C IP address.  We have 1 and a 1/2 class C subnets.  Right now we use a Windows 2000 DHCP server with multiple scopes for DHCP.

I can't find a way to have multiple scopes on the M0n0wall router.  If I could do this their would  be no problem.  Is their a way that I could use M0n0wall on my network as a DHCP server or if their is no other way could I use a Windows 2000 server for DHCP and M0n0wall for the traffic happing.

Thanks for your time
