well, the subject is rather self-explaining ;-)

how can i add some entries to the webgui? e.g. when i add my own scripts (if this is possible - didn´t do any research regarding that) and want to make them available over the webinterface?

The file fbegin.inc in /usr/local/www/ defines the menu.

Though to also keep your changes after a reboot of your m0n0wall device you have to edit the files in the image and upgrade the device with that image.
