Hello all,
I've been having a periodic problem with m0n0wall.  Every now and again, the firewall decides that it just wants to start blocking all incoming traffic.  This will last for about 1-10 minutes, and then everything will return to normal. I have a large set of blocking rules (see attached) and I also have a set of traffic shaping rules (mostly to limit traffic from overseas, which few of my customers need).  I thought that I'd found the problem when I saw a message about the DNS forwarder being overloaded, so that is now disabled, but the problem keeps recurring.  Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Thanks,
Akin Akinli

I also have this problem.

I have also seen cases where m0n0wall acually starts routing the 1:1 back to the default route.

I can also see in the logs where m0n0wall is acually blocking the packets......any ideas anyone?
