We use the latest b11 software and have not seen SAT or Static Address Translation sections within the software. Does anyone know or have used SAT on this version monowall software? Any help is appreciated.

See the m0n0wall Handbook, section 5.4. 1:1 NAT. If that's not what you are looking for, then explain what it is you are trying to do.

we have clients that need their static IP's configured into their laptops to be able to login through the captive portal without any custom NAT config for their static IP...like a boiler plate config that will allow all static configured laptops to pass to the portal page and login. I hope this better explains....
