General Questions

we are getting numerous complaints of users getting page cannot be displayed when trying to acces the portal page....this is coming from various sites where we use the version b9-b10 and b11 beta softwares. What would cause this? When we rebbot the monowall server then the users complaining cann login or when we direct them to the exact IP where the portal lands on they get the login page.

any help??? ideas?
