I have troubles with my WAN interface, although it seems that is configured right (it's a ralink wireless card), it refuses to connect sometimes, I mean, Interface is up (and linked with the AP) and all is working but just at moments, most of the time interface is down ("no carrier") and not associated.
It seems that problem is with signal strengh (I can't totally assure this but signal level perhaps is more higher when it gets link up). Ok, signal level is not high (around 40) but I have a laptop with less level and it's always up. Also the antenna of the m0n0wall server is really better than my laptop one.
I checked the settings but I think it's ok, because some times I get link up and it works
