Hi everybody!
Today my ISP decided that it would be hilarious to cut off a cable somewhere that provides my whole city with the wonderful magic of internet. When the error was finally restored, I could still not connect to the computers on my home network. The ISP confirmed that the modem was connected and functioning, but my m0n0wall had not recieved a new IP. When I got home I discovered that the computer was still using the old IP from before it was disconnected, and as such was not reachable from the WAN (since another computer got that IP from the DHCP). This left my servers without internet for about 10 hours (while I was working).
Is there anything I can do to make the m0n0wall check the connection status and if it isn't connecting, try to renew the IP and such? I'm using the latest beta on a CF for PC, and my connection is a regular ADSL one, no PPTP or anything like that.
