THis Order:
ipfw add allow tcp from 192.168.0.0/24 to any setup limit src-addr 35 TCP
Only WAN to LAN's PC is Limit 35 connects,LAN's pc not limit,RIGHT?

m0n0wall uses ipfilter as its firewalling software, not ipfw. ipfw is used for captive portal. Adding rules at the command line has the potential to cause unintended consequences, if it works at all. It won't survive a reboot if it does work.
