okay, here goes.
I have a monowall setup on my network. I currently run 10.0.0.x for my Lan.
My Wan IP is 12.168.71.x
We just added a second T1 that is a direct connection to corporate on 192.168.64.x
How can I setup the monowall to forward all communications requesiton the 192 network to use our T1 for the direct connection instead of using our main internet service of 12.168.71.x?

If I understand your situation, you can add another network adapter to monowall, address: 192.168 ..
connect to the T1 and add a rule to allow the network 10.h.h.h network 192.168.h.h
