Hello everyone,
i am searching for a solution to log every connection made from a user behind the portal to a website.
(We are legally bound to know which user accessed which website.)
The idea is, m0n0wall logs from, to and time preferable to a syslog server and another tool displays this data if necessary.
Has anyone any experience with such a scenario and can provide me with some names and a short description?

many thanks!

You need to look at the application layer, and m0n0wall does not do that.  Try pfSense or UNtangle.

From Monowall, you will only be able to log Ip addresses visited, not the URLs.  You could try looking into something like Squid in transparent mode to do that for you.
