Hi,

I am using monowall as a firewall/router for our company
(approx 60 pc's).
Is there a way to block internet applications that have no specific tcp-port or IP-address.
Particularly internet radio and msn.

Thanks in advance!
Thomas.

Somewhere there will be an ip address and the simple way is to put in a dummy DNS entry for the destination you want to block, alternatively, you could look at a proxy server to control content or possibly a service like OpenDNS.
