I just setup Monowall and all connections are working. But there is a strange issue that I have noticed regarding workstations that use DHCP IPs assigned by monowall.
When I ping these machines by name, the address that comes back is not the internal LAN IP address acquired from DHCP, but an external ISP address.
Iam not sure if this is a bug, just the way that the DNS forwarder in Monowall works, or if I goofed somewhere in my setup?
Iam running Monowall version 1.3b18. I use a cable modem, ISP is TW, the machine is a generic PC build, NIC cards are a ViaRhine-LAN and 3COM-WAN.
