Is it possible to make:

WAN --  WAN IP1 --- firewall/router/nat --- LAN IP range 1 (eth1)
(eth0)-- WAN IP2 --- firewall/router/nat --- LAN IP range 2 (eth2)
         -- WAN IP3 --- firewall/router/nat --- LAN IP range 3 (eth3)
         -- WAN IP4 --- firewall/router/nat --- LAN IP range 4 (eth4)
         -- WAN IP5 --- firewall/router/nat --- LAN IP range 5 (eth5)
Multi IP's on one WAN.
All in one M0n0wall?

Now we have 5 routers for each WAN IP one.

Have you looked thru the m0n0wall handbook? 1:1 NAT should be able to do what you want.
