We have a small Real Estate office with a network Printer/scanner. Each agent has their own laptop. I replaced a D-Link router that was having problems with a pc running m0n0wall. Every thing works better except the scanner cannot locate any computer when a scan is performed. The scanner has an address book and looks for the desired computer by the computer name. The scanner is on a fixed IP address and the computers use DHCP. All computers can print to the Printer/scanner. If I reconnect the D-Link router the scanner works properly. Any ideas?
