Howdy, Hoping some one will be able to shed some light of where I am going wrong.

I want to set up a monowall with 1 wired Wan connection 1 Wired connection to desktop and a Wireless card inside miniport 1.

monowall version 1.32

This is the problem I am having
Wan set up as DHCP
Lan 1 = 192.168.1.1 /24 dhcp dns set etc
Tested the connection from desktop to Internet all works great.
Add wireless card, add it in Gui and enable it and bridge it with the LAN.

I connect to the ssid and the laptop doesnt always obtain an ip address or it obtains an address then drops it within 20 seconds, I click renew on the laptop it obtains an address you can even surf the web then in the 20 seconds drops the ip.

I then removed the bridge and gave it a different Ip Address 192.168.2.1 / 24 and set up its own dhcp and it works.

I have tried different wireless cards in the Wrap board and obtain the same problem. The laptop is a mac and works on all the other routers ie linksys and I am typing this using wireless on the monowall on the 192.168.2.x range.

Question 1 why does it drop the Ip address when bridged with the lan interface

Question 2 is I would like to be able to use the same Ip scheme to stream videos to xbox etc

Can this be done on the monowall or do I have to use different Ip schemes.

Sorry if this is a daft question.

Thanks for for all your help
