Xen image for 1.3, or other non-vmware option?

I see that m0n0wall 1.3 is being based on FreeBSD 6.x
Wikipedia says in it's entry for Xen that FreeBSD 7.0-CURRENT works and that's it.
Also, with the unmodified guests supported by processor virtualization it says windows and linux only.
So it looks like there won't be support for a very long time, if ever. Can anyone pleasantly surprise me?
What I want is to run FreeNAS and m0n0wall on a minibox-300 to provide basic services to a couple small businesses that I do side work for which having a small footprint and low price.
My other option seemed to be BSD Jail. This was preferred until I learned how it's not virtualization that seperates the OSes completely. Well, from what I could tell.
Does anyone know if you can use Jail to run them on the same hardware but still seperated to a point that firmware updates don't kill them?
Thanks,
-Jeremy

Jails are completely separate from each other, but, the way the m0n0wall file system works (exploded into RAM at boot and runs from RAM) and the fact that it's extremely stripped down leaves you with a system that's completely unsuitable for running jails without drastic changes.
Even if this would work, m0n0wall would have to act as the host for the jails, which means your firewall OS would have unrestricted access to all your jails.
