for Satellite Receivers use Allowed IP option in Captive Portal Page
and so for any other device that does not use a Web Browser.
if a web browser exist use pass through mac option.

If You're talking about captive portal, Yes there is option to allow IP or MAC without web authentication, just go to the Captive Portal menu and You'll find it.
