Is it possible to run m0n0wall inside of freeBSD system.
For example to have web server, and router on same system?

No,  it would have to be the other way around.  you would want to build a bigger m0n0wall with Jail functionaility so you can run a www server inside the jail.

You can't run m0n0wall inside a jail as ipfw won't function inside a jail.

If you are doing this to save running two machines, the best way to do it is run vmware esxi or similar and run them in seperate vm's.  m0n0wall works really well insde vmware and needs very little resource.
