Syslog over ipsec tunnel

I have two locations, each with a m0n0wall box connected via IPSec. I'd like to do logging for both on a single syslogd server on one side. The remote side does work correctly when logging to a syslogd host on that end, but will not send messages through the tunnel. Is there anything I can do to get it working?

Read FAQ on SNMP over VPN. same fix.
