I am running with m0n0wall 1.32 as a DNS server but I am wondering if it is possible to add internal hosts to the DNS server so I will be able to resolve "router" or "linux" or alike? I have looked in all the menus but I cannot find anywhere to put it?

Not for single names like those. Names like host.domain can be placed into the DNS Forwarder.
