Hi, sorry for my bad english
I have just installed m0n0, I am very very happy, m0n0 is very good, but I have a question, if I install m0n0 on the hard disk it is possible to use the unused space in order to store the full log? (local syslog)

No. Logs are always stored in RAM no matter what install you use.
