General Questions

hello....im having an issue on the vouchers generated...

settings:
idle timeout=2
hard timeout=2

-yes it enables me to use vouchers without no problem logging in

issue is:
- even you close the web session i found out that the voucher expiry still counting down
- tried switching off the customer machine and the expiry still behaves the same

isolation done:
tried putting "0" on both the idle/hard timeout but the problem still persist

pls help...thx
