It would be helpful if you said which of your interfaces define the LAN and WAN.

In many cases this is caused by having a machine that is IP numbered in one network but plugged into the switch or interface for another IP network.

So the question is where is the machine with IP 192.168.1.69 ?

I do find it interesting that the MAC address and IP address involved are identical to those contained on this eleven year old page:

It might be that someone is roaming from LAN to WAN network manually, or for example the LAN and WAN switches could be connected in between, or the LAN and WAN interfaces could be plugged into one switch - anyhow all within one broadcast domain.
The switch theories are mostly happening due to misconfiguration on not manageable switching data link network.

@Fred Grayson I am getting HTTP 404 error while trying to open the link.

The link does not work sometimes, no idea why.

Here is the google cache of the page.

Hi,

i found most of the article shows to separate the LAN & WAN network with two different switches or two different subnets must be in two different switches. is there any other way i can use both subnets in the same switch without any issue?

Only if you have manageable switch and configure IEEE 802.1Q properly.
