Hello,
Just setup a Monowall and everything is working perfect.... except mobile devices cant connect to our exchange server from within the LAN. There was no problem with this with our older router? I figure it's probably a DNS problem but I wonder why it wasn't an issue with the old router also?
Is there something in the Monowall I can tick in order to make it work??

Are your mobile devices trying to connect to your Exchange server via the external address? If so, this won't work, as m0n0wall does not support NAT reflection. You'll have to use DNS to specify a local address for your Exchange server.
