Nothing wrong.
It's just warning you that no software can generate truly random numbers, which means your encryption is theoretically potentially easier to crack. Unless you have a HUGE target on you (read: somebody with millions of dollars of cracking equipment is after you), ignore it.
If you're super paranoid, buy a hardware crypto card, which will generate truly random numbers. Personally, I would just ignore it. 99.99999999% of us aren't remotely interesting enough to justify the cost and effort of cracking IPsec, pseudo-random numbers or not.
