Certificate chains

I am trying to use my certificate for HTTPS authentication in the captive portal/WebGUI.
TERENA issues me a certificate chain of three certificates in two files (my_cert.pem and chain.pem).
Users get a message saying that the certificate is not issed by a
trusted CA or can't access to CaptivePortal when I post all three certificates in the HTTPS
certificate field. It only seems to take the first certificate in the chain.
Any way to tell M0n0wall about the other certificates in the chain or upload these files localy?

XCA import and export pem's to file with certificate chain fix the problem. Now we can use chain certificates.
Sorry for 'empty' post.
