Hi. I draw diagramm to show you what i want to do. Is this possible? I establish vpn connection, but i cant understand how to configure MONOWALL2, so PC on it side can work in same subnet. Can you help me?

You can not have the same subnet on both ends of a VPN network. It's an ambiguous configuration with respect to routing.

Thanx. Ok, and if i make the connection on another way (see diagram), will it work fine? I'll make nat 1:1 vpn-ip(172.30.5.10) and internal pc ip (192.168.5.2)? So my left pc will be with ip from remote subnet.

YOu still have them both in the same subnet.  One side needs to be 192.168.1.x and the other 192.168.5.x to use your examples.  That is one reason I always avoid 192.168.1.x and 192.168.0.x as it makes VPNing into the home hard from coffee shops.
