I am using m0n0wall in our network I have blocked everything but has to give access to couple of user to skype and google and few websites so I want whenever they request their DNS request go to opendns and not as my isp dns which i have setup in my m0n0wall box.

DHCP sets the clients to use m0n0wall for DNS lookups.  Point m0n0wall to OpenDNS.  Block outbound DNS to prevent them from going around m0n0wall.
