General Questions

I want to use this Appliance http://www.vmware.com/vmtn/appliances/directory/150 with ESX 3.0.1 but i can't get it really work.

First i used the Converter 3.0.1 to get it to ESX. This worked but when i try use menu point 6. Ping to Host from the started appliance. I can't ping the IP of the appliance. With VMware Workstation 6 this is possible.

Any ideas how to get it work on ESX 3.0.1?

I know that this is a late answer but perhaps this might help someone else having similar problems.

First of all make sure that the virtual network cards for the m0n0wall are turned on at startup which they aren't by default. Then you need to make sure that the m0n0wall have access to the managment network.

That should solve this problem.
