After some time while connected to wireless network in 10.20.2.0 range monowall starts to clone ip addresses in that range. That's messing up whole subnet and every people in that subnet, computers get dropped form network.
Did someone have a similar problem?

Can you be more specific when you say "clones IP addresses"?

Every ip address in 10.20.2.0 subnet is taken by monowall, not that it actually takes address so you can communicate with it by that address, but you can't take any address in that range, PC says that they are already taken by someone, when we trace who has taken them, than we see monowalls mac address.

Do You have Proxy ARP setup?
Is it setup for the 10.20.2.0 Subnet?

No.
But I do have an Outbound NAT, maybe that's the problem, but I need outbound nat so that 192.168.1.x and 10.0.0.x communicate.

After you said this I checked again and there it was, it looks like outbound NAT rule created Proxy ARP rule, i deleted it and now everything works, thank you.
