Hello

Can I use a computer with m0n0wall as my main router and firewall and add a linksys wrt54gs wireless router as a wireless access point (if i turn the dhcp in it off) ? I have 4 NICs in the computer that would be running m0n0wall.

The network would look like this

                                                 |----WRT54GS -  -  wireless -  -  - PC
WWW--> Modem--->m0n0wall |
                                                 |
                                                 |----Switch---PCs

would this setup work?

Should be able to work yes.
Define on the WAN side from your Linksys an IP address in the same range as your router and set the default gateway to your m0n0wall router. You could do this by using the DHCP server inside m0n0wall and let the Linksys get the IP from the m0n0wall box.

I have this setup running here, just not use a Linksys WAP, functions well.
