I have a little network, every machine was set a static ARP entry to a hardware router, now I want to test m0n0, so I need to change m0n0's Lan interface MAC as that hardware router's to make machine online.
And my question is HOW ?

You have to manually update the config file.  The <spoofmac> tags can be used under any interface to reassign the MAC address.
