how to prevent netcut or winarp spoof(software based on arp and changing mac addresses) , it only shows up in logs but anyone can get netcut and cuts the internet off any other user , can monowall block users usgin this type of software(cain , net cut , antinetcut,winarp spoof)

That type of L2 stuff has to be prevented/blocked at the switch level, not firewall.
